Once your order is complete, it is handed off to a trusted third-party shipping carrier for delivery to your doorstep. Please note that while we take great care in preparing and packaging your order, Keren's Kreations is not responsible for any damage, delays, or issues that may occur during transit once the arrangement has been transferred to the shipping company.

We recommend tracking your shipment using the information provided and reaching out directly to the carrier for any concerns related to delivery. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re always here to assist with any questions before your order leaves our hands.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Keren's Kreation, all of our floral arrangements, potted plants, and succulents are custom-made or hand-selected with care, making each item one of a kind. Because of the personalized and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy also applies to our curated selection of decorative pots and succulent arrangements. However, if you receive an item that is defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo and description of the issue. We will carefully review your concern and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion. We’re dedicated to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase and are here to help if something goes wrong.
